About WVP Launch

WVP Launch was created to provide development and support to early career DVMs with less than 5 years of clinical experience. The program mission is to help new veterinarians launch their careers and gain confidence through foundational learning in a supportive, collaborative environment. WVP Launch provides support and resources to early career veterinarians and their in-clinic mentor, who will serve as their guide in both medicine and surgery.
