*DVM Referrals are not candidates who have applied directly to the hospital or hospital manager. All referrals must be new leads and not generated from internal sourcing. Bonuses will be available for FT employees and prorated for PT employees working 20+ hours per week. Rehire referrals must have not worked at the practice for 12 months or longer, prior to rehire.

Hospital Referrals will be eligible based on successful introduction of a Hospital Owner to a BD Director and must be a new lead without prior contact from a WVP employee. The $10,000 bonus will be paid upon successful acquisition of the hospital.

You must be employed at the time to receive your bonus. The referral bonus does not apply to Employees that already have recruiting incentive language included in their Employment Agreement.
